1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing hbajhe through any device, browser, or application, and by registering an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and hbajhe (the "Platform" or "we" or "us").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using hbajhe and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered via hbajhe, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, jackpot games, fishing games, slot machines, promotional offers, and the customer support service.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the hbajhe platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a professionally excluded or self-excluded individual from hbajhe or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from hbajhe for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not gambling under the influence of substances that impair judgement.

hbajhe reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or a recognised foreign authority. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, hbajhe may suspend withdrawal functionality on your account.

If hbajhe determines that a player is under 18, all funds in the account will be frozen pending investigation. Any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited. Deposits may be returned subject to verification of the original payment method.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may register only one account on hbajhe. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, IP addresses, devices, payment methods, or household — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. You must update your account details promptly whenever your circumstances change. hbajhe is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, hbajhe may request supporting documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing the registered mobile number)
• Source of funds declaration for large deposits or withdrawals

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. hbajhe will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

hbajhe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at hbajhe's discretion; the current list is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages of the platform.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are credited to your hbajhe account within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
• hbajhe charges no platform fee on deposits. Third-party mobile wallet charges, if any, are set by the provider and are beyond hbajhe's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your hbajhe account. hbajhe will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• hbajhe reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000, which may extend the standard processing time.
• Funds originating from deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal approval.

hbajhe does not accept cash payments, cheques, cryptocurrency, or any form of payment not listed on the platform's payment page. Attempts to use unlisted methods will be declined and returned to the originating account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hbajhe offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount), which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each bonus offer page.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Game contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate, and certain games may be excluded entirely. The full contribution table is available on the Promotions page.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet permitted is ৳1,000 or the equivalent stake on live betting markets. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You may not stack or combine multiple bonus offers unless an offer explicitly states that stacking is permitted.
• Abuse prevention: hbajhe employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, arbitrage, and pattern betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Accounts found engaging in these activities will have bonuses voided and may be subject to further account review.

hbajhe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including before a player has completed the wagering requirement, provided that the modification does not retrospectively worsen the terms for players who have already opted in and begun wagering.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on hbajhe — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, fishing games, or sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the following rules.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until hbajhe's system has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference. Connectivity issues during bet placement are the player's responsibility; hbajhe is not liable for bets that fail to reach the system due to the player's internet connection.
• Odds and prices: hbajhe reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors on sports betting markets. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be voided and the original stake returned at hbajhe's sole discretion.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result is determined, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the rules stated in the specific sport's betting rules section on the platform. As a general rule, bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned.
• Game malfunction: In the event of a casino game software malfunction, any bet in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the stake returned. hbajhe is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions caused by third-party software providers.
• RNG certification: All slot, casino table, and RNG-based games on hbajhe are supplied by certified third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and PG Soft) whose random number generators are independently audited for fairness.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed on each game's interface before you confirm a bet. These limits may be adjusted without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbajhe and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on hbajhe, whether in your own name or under a pseudonym
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on hbajhe
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using hbajhe to process funds derived from criminal activity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Allowing, facilitating, or assisting any third party to access or use your hbajhe account
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with hbajhe's software or infrastructure
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening hbajhe staff or other players via any communication channel

8. Account Suspension & Closure

hbajhe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hbajhe reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, including both deposited and bonus-derived balances. Where closure is initiated by the player for responsible gaming reasons, any remaining genuine funds (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hbajhe platform — including but not limited to the hbajhe brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of hbajhe or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the hbajhe platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any hbajhe content without prior written consent.

Game content supplied by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and PG Soft) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms in addition to hbajhe's terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbajhe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses sustained from gambling activity, including both casino and sports betting outcomes
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside hbajhe's reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials
• Inaccurate information provided by the player during registration or KYC
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications failures

hbajhe's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player, in respect of any claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their hbajhe account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits hbajhe's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by hbajhe's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

hbajhe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hbajhe will provide reasonable notice to active players via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the hbajhe platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support. hbajhe will not retroactively apply amended terms to bets or transactions that were already settled prior to the amendment date.
